2. Initiation of Return

3. Return Shipping

3.1. We provide reverse pick-up services with a Rs 100 deduction per order. If your area isn’t serviceable, self-ship to our address mentioned below.
3.2. Refunds/bank transfers apply only to prepaid orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Inspection and Approval of Returns

4.1. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund accordingly.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
